About Us
The Quiet After Ringing Foundation was created out of both heartfelt need and lived experience.
It was founded by experienced educators, psychologists, and art therapists brought together by a shared mission: to build a supportive and safe space for people working in education.
The idea for the Foundation emerged from our own stories and from hundreds of conversations with teachers who face professional burnout, lack of understanding, and—far too often—mobbing and discrimination.
Teaching is a remarkable and inspiring profession, yet it demands a great deal from each of us.
That is why the work of our Foundation is focused on helping educators rediscover their inner resources and learn how to care for themselves, so they can reconnect with the passion that first brought them into this profession.
We support both experienced teachers and those who are just beginning their journey in education, offering mentoring and a safe space for growth and development.
We also provide dedicated support for neurodivergent teachers, helping them navigate the challenges that come with different ways of processing information as well as varied sensory and communication needs.
We offer individual consultations, classroom strategies, and tools for maintaining personal well-being, enabling teachers to make full use of their strengths and find genuine satisfaction in their work.
Our psychological first aid and consultations are currently available in both Polish and English. We are actively working on the English version of our website and on expanding our workshop offer so that more and more sessions can be delivered in English.
In the meantime, teachers who speak only English are very welcome to reach out — and we encourage you to recommend our support to anyone who may need it.
We believe that you must first give yourself oxygen before you can offer it to others.
An educator’s well-being is not a luxury — it is a necessity. It is what makes it possible to support students, build meaningful relationships, and create education that truly matters.
