How would you like to become a Friend of the Foundation?
Every form of support matters to us. Choose the one that suits you or your company best.
- Financially — a one-off donation, regular monthly support, funding a specific project, or choosing one of the Friend of the Foundation packages.
- In kind — herbs, natural cosmetics, essential oils, healthy juices and drinks, promotional materials (roll-ups, banners, leaflets) and workshop supplies (watercolours, brushes, books, art materials) — anything that supports teachers’ wellbeing and the work of the Foundation.
- With your expertise — pro bono legal, accounting, marketing, design or IT services, mentoring, or running workshops for teachers.
- As a volunteer — helping to organise events, running telephone consultations, supporting our conferences, coordinating the Book Club.
- By spreading the word — talking about us on social media, in your school or workplace, or organising a charity auction in aid of the Foundation.
- Institutionally — making space available (conference rooms, consulting rooms), barter, strategic partnership, joint educational projects.
Why support the Foundation
Burnout, mobbing and mental health crises in Polish schools are an everyday reality for many teachers and students. The Quiet After Ringing Foundation exists to stop that wave — we support teachers in recovering their wellbeing, we run consultations, podcasts, events and crisis interventions. Every company that works with us becomes part of real, measurable change.
Our mission and areas of work
- Education — workshops, webinars and materials for teachers, head teachers and parents. We build the competences that translate into a better atmosphere in the classroom.
- Teacher wellbeing — psychological consultations, support groups, a podcast and a burnout prevention programme. We look after those who look after future generations.
- Help in crisis — psychological first aid and intervention in situations of mobbing, violence or emotional crisis, for educators and students alike.
- Adults with ADHD and autism — support groups, psychological consultations, educational materials and a space to share experience for autistic adults and people with ADHD, including neurodivergent teachers.
- Head teachers — a school free from mobbing — training and advisory programmes helping school leaders create workplaces built on respect, a feedback culture and the wellbeing of the team.
- Early-career teachers — mentoring, soft-skills workshops, help in finding your feet in the realities of school, and burnout prevention from the very beginning.
- Career guidance — career consultations for teachers, including those considering a change of path or a return to the profession after burnout.
- Teachers’ rights — advocacy: we campaign for decent working conditions, the right to rest, protection from abuse, and a voice for teachers in decisions about the education system.
- Podcast and media — podcast production, social campaigns and educational content — changing the story told about the teaching profession in Poland.
Support is not only about money
- Organise an auction — a company event, a gala, a fundraiser? We will help you run a charity auction, provide materials and report back on the impact.
- Promote what we do — talk about us on social media, in your company newsletter or intranet. We will supply ready-made graphics, posts and information materials.
- Tell your school about us — bring our materials to the staff room, a parents’ evening or the school newsletter. We will help with words, materials and contacts to specialists.
- Pro bono or barter — accounting, legal services, printing, catering, hosting, graphic design. Every service given pro bono lets us direct more funds straight to the people who need them.
- Employee volunteering — your specialists as speakers, mentors or participants in our events.
- Share your space — a conference room, a recording studio, a venue for a teachers’ workshop. Every space you make available lets us reach further.
- Fund promotional or workshop materials — roll-ups, banners, leaflets, posters and conference materials; or watercolours, brushes, paper, art supplies, books for the Book Club and art therapy equipment.
- Write on our behalf — you can write to companies, public offices, local authorities and institutions asking them to support our work. Just put us in copy at kontakt@kiedycichniedzwonek.pl and we will take it from there.
Friend of the Foundation packages
Each package is real support for our mission and, at the same time, tangible value for your company. Our packages are a genuine CSR / ESG partnership, not a “donation for a logo”. Partner companies gain value in employer branding, employee wellbeing and credible social storytelling, as well as access to expert psychological knowledge — webinars and consultations for HR teams, managers and teachers.

- Co-organisation of one event a year
- A dedicated case study or article in the Reading Room
- A mention in our newsletter four times a year
- Extended presence on social media
- The option of a joint social campaign

Strategic Partner — 60,000 PLN+ / year
An individually agreed scope of cooperation — a real social impact partnership
- Everything in the Gold package, plus:
- Joint programme projects and social campaigns
- Strategic Partner status
- Co-authorship of sector reports
- Representation on the Programme Council (optional)
- A dedicated partnership manager
- Joint PR and media communication
- The option to take patronage of one of the Foundation’s programmes

For donations from companies we encourage you to get in touch first — we will prepare a partnership agreement and a package of acknowledgements matched to the option you choose. Donations to the Foundation may be deductible from your taxable income; contact us for a confirmation or an invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I receive an invoice or confirmation for a donation?
Yes. The Foundation issues accounting documents confirming a donation, or a partnership agreement. We agree the details individually.
Is a donation tax deductible?
Donations for the statutory purposes of a public benefit organisation may be deducted from taxable income under the applicable regulations. We recommend consulting your accountant.
Can I fund one specific project?
Yes — we offer targeted support, for example for a particular series of workshops, podcast episodes or an event. Get in touch and we will discuss the details.
What if I would rather support you in a way other than money?
We would be delighted. See the section “Support is not only about money” above — promotion, employee volunteering, pro bono work, organising an auction or sharing a space are all equally valuable.
How do you verify the effectiveness of your work?
We publish annual impact reports, evaluate our programmes and share the results with our partners.
