Crisis Support Pathway

1. You’re Not Alone — Reach Out to Us
- Write to us via chat (Facebook).
- You can simply say: “I’m having a hard time” — we’ll take it from there.
- We’ll support you with a calm conversation and give you a moment to breathe.
- If it turns out you need something more, we’ll ask you to fill out a short form so we can better understand what will be most helpful for you.
2. A conversation with someone who truly understands
- Within 48 hours (between 5:00–10:00 p.m., Mon–Sat), someone from our foundation who understands your situation will reach out to you on chat.
- Together, you’ll look for possible solutions and the right direction for further support.
- We’ll share resources and materials that may support you and help you through this difficult time.
- We’ll also suggest events and activities that we hope will bring you a bit of relief and strength.

3. A safe space and a moment to breathe
- You can join our free online support group — it meets twice a month.
- In the meantime, you can also book a free consultation with our foundation’s psychologist or lawyer.*
4. Further support, if you need it
- Sometimes a situation requires more — in that case, we’ll recommend trusted therapists, coaches or lawyers.
- These are professionals who understand the realities of teachers’ work and the challenges people in crisis face.
- Their support is paid, but often available on preferential terms.

*The number of free legal consultations available depends on the donations we receive from people who support our work.
