Workshop Studio

The workshops run by the Quiet After Ringing Foundation combine a psychological and therapeutic perspective with the realities of everyday school life. Instead of another training session to tick off a list, participants get space to experience, practise, talk, and translate new tools into their own professional context.

They are led by experienced teachers and educators who also work as specialists in psychology, mindfulness, art therapy, neurodiversity and burnout prevention.

Small groups — max. 15 participants  •  Hands-on format — exercises and reflection  •  Materials included in the price

A single session for teachers and parents lasts 120 minutes; for students it lasts 90 minutes. Preparation and materials are included. Workshops for teachers and parents cost 800 PLN per session, workshops for students 550 PLN per session. A session can be repeated for another group. For longer cycles, the scope and the price are agreed individually.

We will tailor the workshop to your school

The programme of every workshop can be adapted to the needs of a particular school, staff team, group of teachers or group of parents. For development cycles, several groups, or a combination of topics, we prepare an individual proposal covering both the format and the price — just write to us.

All fees for workshops go towards the statutory activity of the Quiet After Ringing Foundation and support our further work for teachers and for everyone working in education.

We believe that a school where teachers can breathe is a school where students can truly grow.
